Meet Doc
Dr. Aschia Florvilus Rodby
Here to disrupt wellness with compassion, clinical clarity, and a whole lot of heart.
Before she wore a lab coat or held a chiropractic license, Dr. Aschia Florvilus Rodby, “Doc,” as her patients call her, was just trying to make it through the day.
Not in a life-or-death way, but in a quietly exhausting one. She was doing everything “right,” but still felt off...foggy, tense, anxious, disconnected. Her body didn’t feel like home. No matter how many strategies she tried, nothing stuck. The physical pain was real, but it was the internal unraveling that scared her most. She smiled through it, but deep down, she didn’t feel like herself.
For a while, she assumed this was just her baseline.
She searched for help everywhere, some things helped temporarily, but nothing created lasting change. What was worse was that no one could explain why.
Then, by chance, she found chiropractic care and coaching, not just for pain, but out of sheer curiosity (and let's be honest.. peer pressure). What she experienced was something deeper than she expected. Yes relief., but also clarity. A overwhelming calm. A sense of reconnection. With every intentional adjustment, her brain and body started communicating again. Her focus sharpened. Her anxiety quieted. For the first time in years, she felt regulated and recognizable.
That shift had a name: neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to rewire and heal. It changed everything.
That experience didn’t just restore her. It rerouted her. She let go of her original career path and pursued chiropractic instead, with the mission of becoming the kind of doctor she once needed.

Today,
Doc is known not just for her clinical skill, but for how deeply she listens.
She notices what others overlook. She meets people in their stuckness, without rushing them out of it.
She founded Well With Doc to offer care that honors the full story, care that puts the nervous system first, treats people with intelligence and empathy, and makes healing feel like a return to self.
Doc doesn’t believe in quick fixes. She believes in momentum...the grounded, steady kind that starts deep and builds over time.
If you're looking for care that feels real, safe, and aligned you’re not just welcome here.
You’re the reason we’re here.
Words from Doc
"I’m not here to be the hero of your story. You are. I’m here to walk beside you, adjust what’s out of alignment, restore proper function, whether it’s structural, emotional, or systemic, and remind you that healing is possible. Your body remembers how to heal. Let’s help it remember faster.”
